Morocco: taxis are making their revolution

THE taxi sector in Morocco is in the process of changing. More and more operators, independent or companies, contract their drivers and affiliate them with the National Social Security Fund (CNSS).

This development stems from a desire by public authorities to more strictly regulate labor relations in this sector, as part of a vast social protection project initiated by King Mohammed VI.
