Morocco: snow alert

The Directorate General of Meteorology (DGM) has issued an “orange” level alert bulletin concerning several Moroccan provinces.

Snowfall is expected this Sunday morning, on the heights exceeding 1,400 meters. The provinces of Ifrane, Sefrou, Boulemane, Taza and Guecif will be the first affected, with an accumulation of 10 to 20 cm of snow scheduled between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.
