Morocco: Salary increases for employees of the Ministry of Economy

Civil servants at the Ministry of Economy and Finance will see their living conditions improve with the adoption of a decree by the government council chaired by Aziz Akhannouch.

The decree establishing the special status of civil servants of the Ministry of Economy and Finance is among the set of draft decrees relating to the modification of the status of civil servants in the public sector, adopted last Thursday by the government council in accordance with the agreement concluded between the government and the trade unions. This decree includes salary increases ranging from 1,230 to 4,000 dirhams. It should contribute to improving the financial conditions of employees of this ministry.
