Morocco, Russia’s second fish supplier

Morocco has exported significant quantities of frozen fish to Russia since the start of this year, becoming the second largest supplier of seafood to that country.

According to data from the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Authority, Morocco exported more than 2,300 tonnes of seafood to Russia between January and October 2024, closing in on Vietnam which exported 2,500 tonnes during the period.
