Morocco: rush to car rental

Thanks to the embellishment of Moroccan tourism, the car rental sector experienced strong growth in 2024.

2024 was the year of all successes for Moroccan tourism. This revival of tourism activities benefited the related sectors such as catering, leisure, transport and, of course, car rental, said the magazine Finances News Hebdo. “2024 certainly started timidly, but the situation has improved significantly after Ramadan, before accelerating during the summer period and the other months that followed. This boom concerned practically all regions of the kingdom, and more particularly tourist cities. Our achievements exceeded those of 2019 (reference year), “said Tarik Dbilij, president of the Federation of Automobiles without drivers in Morocco (Flascam).
