Morocco: new weather alert

A new weather alert has just been issued by the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM)which announces very heavy thunderstorms accompanied by hail and gusts of wind until Sunday.

Thus, very heavy thunderstorms (70-120 mm) are expected from this Friday 6 p.m. until Sunday 11 p.m. in the provinces of Zagora, Tinghir, Errachidia, Ouarzazate and Tata, specifies the DGM in an alert bulletin with a “red” vigilance level.
