Morocco: Minister’s daughter injured in jet-ski accident

Three girls were killed and the daughter of a minister in Aziz Akhannouch’s government was injured in jet ski accidents on the coast of Tamuda Bay, in the M’diq-Fnideq region.

Several cases of jet ski accidents have been recorded in Morocco in recent days. The driver of a jet ski lost control of his vehicle, seriously injuring three girls, said Hassan Aqbayou, president of the Al Karama Association for the Defense of Human Rights in the North, adding that the three victims succumbed to their injuries. Another jet ski injured the daughter of a government minister, Aqbayou reported. She was rushed to intensive care at a private clinic in Tetouan for treatment.
