Morocco: disgruntled taxi drivers

The General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) has made a decision which does not go down well with taxi professionals.

Thus, they are now obliged to provide a life certificate of the license holder, or an official attestation confirming that he is still alive. They fear that this requirement will be applied to the entire country and denounce an unfair measure and a source of complications.
