In Morocco, construction is experiencing an upturn that is not about to stop. The outlook is certainly generally positive, but the sector still faces major challenges.

Construction is one of the key sectors driving the economic outlook for the fourth quarter. This is what emerges from the economic survey of the High Commission for Planning (HCP) taken up by The Economist. “The expected increase in activity reflects solid demand, fueled by infrastructure projects. This sector also stands out for its ability to create jobs, in contrast to other sectors in decline,” indicates HCP.
