Morocco categorically opposes the decision of the European Court of Justice

The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) issued a decision on Friday concerning agricultural and fisheries agreements between the EU and Morocco. Rabat strongly contests this decision, deeming it non-applicable and tainted with errors.

Morocco claims not to be affected by this decision, having not participated in any stage of the legal procedure. “Morocco is not party to this affair, which concerns the European Union on the one hand, and the “polisario” supported by Algeria on the other hand,” indicates an official press release.
