Morocco breaks all tourist attendance records in 2024

Tourism in Morocco is doing very well. As proof, the number of foreign tourists who visited the kingdom from January 2024 until November exceeds official forecasts.

Morocco attracted 2.6 million additional arrivals in just eleven months, exceeding official forecasts. They were counting on just one million additional arrivals for the whole of 2024. “This increase is driven by a strong increase in the number of foreign tourists, which increased by 23%, or 1.5 million additional visitors, as well as a robust growth of 17% in Moroccans living abroad (MRE), contributing to 1.1 million additional arrivals,” reports Challengewhich does not exclude Morocco from achieving tripling of the initial objective by December 31.
