Morocco: bread, dangerous for health?

A member of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) in the House of Representatives warns about the quality of bread made in informal bakeries.

Hanan Atrakin, MP for the Authenticity and Modernity Party, points out the quality of the bread made in informal bakeries. In a question addressed to the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Mohamed Sadiki, she affirms that “in recent years, informal bakeries have emerged in various regions and cities of our country, offering consumers what we call homemade bread, but which does not respect the quality standards required for these establishments, whether traditional or modern.
