Morocco plans to acquire American missiles for its F-16 aircraft, in order to strengthen its armament and the security of its territory, while contributing to regional stability.
Forty AGM-154C Joint Stand Off Weapons (JSOW) missiles. These are the high-tech missiles that Morocco plans to purchase for its F-16 aircraft from Raytheon Missiles & Defense Company, a Tucson, Arizona-based company and leader in the production of high-tech missiles. With a total cost of $250 million, the contract also includes a set of support services and equipment to ensure the effective integration of these weapons into the Moroccan armed forces.
