Morocco: a vast plan to modernize buses and taxis

The Ministry of Transport and Logistics announced an envelope of 200 million dirhams intended to support the renewal of the fleet of road transport vehicles, including taxis and buses.

During the oral questions session in the House of Representatives, Abdessamad Kayouh, Minister of Transport and Logistics, detailed the terms of this aid. Buses over 15 years old will be able to benefit from significant financial support, of up to 1.2 million dirhams. For newer buses, less than seven years old, the aid will vary between 500,000 and 600,000 dirhams.
