Morocco, a threat to Spain? The conflict hypothesis analyzed

Morocco is said to be a threat to Spain’s security due to its persistent claims to Sebta, Melilla, and Spanish islands and rocks. But an open armed conflict between the two countries is not possible, some analysts believe.
