Moroccans will pay (even) more for a gas cylinder

Morocco is preparing for a further increase in the price of butane gas. From January 1, the price of gas bottles could increase by 10 dirhams, going from 50 to 60 dirhams.

This measure is part of the policy of progressive lifting of government subsidies on butane gas, initiated last May, in order to reduce the financial burden on the Compensation Fund.
