Moroccans demand that French people be required to have visas

Moroccan activists have launched a petition to demand the imposition of visas on European tourists, particularly French ones, visiting Morocco, among whom are many criminals who come to seek refuge in the kingdom.

The petition, launched on the “Change” platform, has already collected hundreds of signatures, it is reported. In a letter addressed to the Moroccan government, the initiators of the petition stated that “the Moroccan nation is deeply angry because of the potential damage caused by European tourists (fatal accidents, dangerous urban demonstrations, delinquency, hit-and-run road accidents, shootings, etc.). In addition, some French criminals find refuge in Morocco to escape French justice.”
