Moroccan woman suspected of adultery forced to take pregnancy test

A married woman and mother of five children is accused by her husband of adultery with a moqaddem in the douar of Afella N’Dra, in the Zagora region. She denies the facts.

The woman denied the accusations, saying her husband made up the whole story to oust the auxiliary authority from his position. According to her, her husband associated her name with the case in order to achieve his ulterior motives. The husband filed a complaint against her with the Royal Gendarmerie of Agdez.
