Moroccan Sahara: Algerian anger against Paris fizzles out

Algeria is not digesting the French recognition of the Moroccanness of the Sahara and is thinking of “punishing” France. Will it take economic sanctions against Paris as it did with Spain?

Algeria’s recall of its ambassador from Paris is just one step in reducing diplomatic representation. Algiers is planning other, more drastic measures against France.
