Moroccan rapper killed in Spain

The lifeless body of Saïd Laaraj, 30, a Moroccan amateur rapper living in Roldán (Murcia) was found Thursday on a farm in the city. The Civil Guard has opened an investigation to elucidate this matter which has all the makings of a murder.

Saïd’s body was found Thursday in a field in Roldán (Murcia) by a neighbor who came to pick figs. “They found my brother lying in a field fifteen or twenty meters from our house,” laments Nordin, 32, one of the victim’s brothers, to the newspaper The Spanish. The Civil Guard has opened an investigation to shed light on the death of this Moroccan, known on TikTok for his rap songs in which he denounced racism and Islamophobia.
