Moroccan Navy is looking for a submarine, and fast

Morocco is reportedly increasing its efforts to equip its Royal Navy with submarines as soon as possible. The kingdom is keen to quickly fill this large gap to face possible threats from Algeria, which has just placed an order for two new submarines.

Morocco has strengthened and modernized its military over the past decade, acquiring upgraded F-16 fighters and Abrams battle tanks from the United States, combat drones from Israel, Turkey, and China, not to mention defense systems and spy satellites. Despite all these efforts, Morocco has one gap in its Royal Navy: it has no submarines.
