Moroccan hotels under surveillance

Concern is growing among owners of hotels and tourist accommodation centers in Morocco. In fact, a “mystery shopper” is preparing to inspect their establishments in the coming weeks. Its mission: to evaluate the quality of services and write reports that could shake up the current ranking of hotels.

This initiative, announced by Fatima-Zahra Ammor, Minister of Tourism, Crafts, Social and Solidarity Economy, is part of Morocco’s preparations for the organization of the African and World Cups. The goal is clear: to raise the level of the country’s tourist establishments.
