Moroccan drone attack kills senior Polisario official

Polisario Front commander Salamou Mohammed Fadel El Boubari and other militiamen were reportedly killed by a strike by the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) in the Haouza region, located in the buffer zone, in the Moroccan Sahara.

Salamou Mohammed Fadel is no more. He was reportedly killed during a strike carried out by a TB2 drone on Saturday in the Haouza region, located in the buffer zone. Commander of the Polisario, he was known for having publicly threatened Morocco, notably in a propaganda recording broadcast from Algeria. In this recording, he declared his “warlike intentions” against the kingdom. He is not the only militiaman from the independence movement to die during this strike.
