Moroccan dirham falls against the euro
THE Moroccan dirham depreciated by 0.93% against the euro and by 0.16% against the US dollar during the period from June 27 to July 3, according to Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM).
During this period, no auction operations were carried out on the foreign exchange market, BAM said in its weekly bulletin. As of June 28, 2024, official reserve assets stood at MAD 366.1 billion, down 0.1% week-on-week and up 5.8% year-on-year.
