Moroccan artists denounce

Many Moroccan artists denounce the greed of festival organizers to grab the singer’s fee in exchange for his name being included in one of the summer events. They call on the Ministry of Culture to intervene.

Some Moroccan artists are fed up with the actions of brokers. There are brokers who take 70% of the artist’s fee in exchange for registering their name at one of the summer festivals, Abdelali El Ghaoui denounced on social networks. His colleague Hajar Adnane republished El Ghaoui’s statement to confirm the problems that she and other singers denounce. They complain of being excluded from artistic evenings and festivals.
