Moroccan arrested for Philippine’s murder

Taha O., a 22-year-old Moroccan, accused of the murder of Philippine, the 19-year-old student found dead on Saturday in the Bois de Boulogne, was arrested in Switzerland. Registered as a sex offender, he was subject to an Obligation to Leave French Territory (OQTF).

The suspect in Philippine’s murder was the subject of an arrest warrant issued by the French authorities.
