Melilla: hell for MREs at the border

Hundreds of Moroccans from Europe experienced hell on Sunday in Melilla, forced to spend more than nine hours waiting before crossing the border and reaching Morocco.

Police sources confirmed to EFE that nearly 700 vehicles of MREs arrived at the Melilla border early on Sunday morning, causing a huge traffic jam. In the early afternoon, some 150 more vehicles arrived, bringing the total number of vehicles that arrived in the autonomous city in the space of seven hours to 850, not counting the dozens of cars of Melilla residents and other vehicles that arrived in the city at night.
