Mass poisoning in Casablanca: more than 50 people hospitalized

A fast food establishment in Casablanca is suspected of being the cause of a wave of food poisoning. Many people were admitted to hospital, some in serious condition.

Since the beginning of the afternoon, the Médiouna regional hospital, located on the outskirts of the city, has been facing a massive influx of patients presenting symptoms of poisoning. More than fifty people were admitted to the emergency room after eating meals at this downtown restaurant.
