Marrakech under water (video)

The streets of Marrakech turned into torrents after the torrential rains which fell on the city on Sunday.

The rains only lasted about thirty minutes. But they largely paralyzed the city of Marrakech. Residents are plunged into disarray. They are looking for somewhere to take refuge. The scenes filmed by numerous onlookers speak for themselves. Videos on social networks show the extent of the damage: heavy flooding affected several alleys and streets, transformed into rivers because of the intensity of the rains. Two cars got stuck in a tunnel.
