Marrakech: a new highway planned

A definition study for the construction of a bypass highway east of Marrakech has just been launched by the Regional Directorate of Equipment, Transport and Logistics of Marrakech-Safi.

This project, which was the subject of a 3.2 million dirham contract awarded to the Conseil ingénierie et développement (CID) firm, aims to smooth traffic flow around the ochre city and improve road connections to the north of the country.
