Jonathan Harroch spends his first night in prison

After his arrest on Saturday in a large hotel in Casablanca, in execution of a national arrest warrant, then his placement in police custody, Jonathan Harroch, CEO of City Club, was incarcerated at Oukacha prison in Casablanca. So decided the investigating judge at the Court of Appeal of the economic capital.

Since Saturday, Jonathan Harroch has no longer been free to move. Arrested by the national brigade of the Casablanca judicial police, he was presented Tuesday to the public prosecutor of the city’s Court of Appeal. He decided to refer the businessman to the investigating judge. After his police custody was extended to Tuesday, he was incarcerated at Oukacha prison in Casablanca. The accused was wanted for having issued bad checks.
