Israeli soldier living in Marrakech accused of crimes against humanity

A complaint for crimes against humanity targeting an Israeli soldier has been sent to the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal in Rabat by lawyers from Marrakech.

Moroccan lawyers accuse Moshe.A, an Israeli soldier residing in Marrakech, of having participated in the war against Gaza. The plaintiffs also accuse him of having committed numerous crimes during this period, including acts of genocide, ethnic cleansing, torture, which he boasted about in documented videos where he confirms the murders, arson, torture and rape against Palestinians. The acts committed constitute terrorist crimes under Moroccan and international law, the complaint states.
