Iran supplies weapons to the Polisario to attack Morocco

The Polisario would use Arash Standard rockets developed by Iran, in its “war” against Morocco, according to recent images broadcast by the Sahrawi separatists. These weapons of mass destruction can hit targets at a range of 120 to 250 km.

Polisario militiamen reportedly use “Arash Standard rockets of Iranian origin similar to 9M22U rockets, a Soviet model widely used in multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS),” said a defense researcher, cited by Barlamane.comadding that “these two types of rockets share common characteristics, but have notable differences in both design and performance.”
