In Tokyo, an Algerian diplomat attacks a Moroccan

On the sidelines of the preparatory meeting for the 9th edition of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) taking place in Japan, an Algerian diplomat attacked a Moroccan official because of a plate marked “Sahrawi Republic”.
