In Tangier, the proliferation of stray dogs worries

Packs of stray dogs are spreading terror in several neighborhoods of the city of Tangier, disturbing the peace and quiet of residents.

Residents of several areas of the city live in fear of being attacked by stray dogs, these animals which threaten their safety on a daily basis, particularly that of children and the elderly.
