In Tangier, the end of the reign of car guards?

Younes Tazi, Wali of the Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma region and governor of the Tangier-Assilah prefecture, declared war on the illegal practices of guarding vehicles which proliferate in the city.

Faced with the abusive occupation of public space, a radical decision was taken: the issuance of authorizations to guard vehicles in the streets, alleys and public squares of Tangier is now suspended.
