In Rabat, the prohibited parables?

The governor of the prefecture of Rabat, Mohamed El Yaacoubi, would have made a radical decision concerning the installation of parables and air conditioners on the facades of the buildings of the Moroccan capital.

From now on, these devices will only be tolerated on the roofs of the buildings, provided that they are not visible.
