In response to a question from the parliamentary group of the Popular Movement, the Minister of the Interior affirmed that the municipal council of the city of Marrakech received an annual allocation of 70 million dirhams over the last five years to combat the proliferation of stray dogs and cats, specifying that the amount of this subsidy was 50 million in previous years.
