In Marrakech, tampered olive oil

A clandestine factory producing frelated olive oil was dismantled this week in the 9ᵉ district of Marrakech, near the Issil wadi. Two individuals suspected of being involved in this fraud were arrested.

According to concordant sources, the clandestine factory produced frelated olive oil by mixing table oil with suspect chemicals. This oil was then conditioned and intended to be sold on local markets at the price of 70 dirhams per liter.
