As the New Year approaches, Marrakech is preparing to welcome a large number of tourists, Moroccan and foreign. Reservations for apartments and villas, particularly in the outlying towns of the ocher city, are on the rise.

Oulad Hassoun, Tassoultante, Al Ouidane, Souihla and Agafay are particularly popular, confirming a trend observed since the Covid-19 pandemic: the rental of villas to organize private parties on the night of December 31.
