A recent report from the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR), presented as part of discussions on the 2025 budget, takes stock of the foreign prison population in Morocco.

Thus, as of October 31, 2024, 1,643 foreign prisoners, including 87 women, would be serving their sentences in Moroccan prisons.
