His olive oil seized, an MRE files a complaint against the police

The Civil Guard seized 6.5 litres of olive oil from a Spanish traveller coming from Morocco at the Beni Enzar border post in Melilla in early July. The person concerned filed a complaint with the Ombudsman for this unjustified seizure.

The events occurred on the afternoon of 7 July at the Beni Enzar border post in Melilla. In his letter addressed on 30 July to the Ombudsman, to which They got up had access, the Spanish citizen explained that the Civil Guard seized without valid reason two cans containing 6.5 liters of olive oil while he was returning with his family from Morocco where he visited his in-laws who produce this oil.
