The General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) provides Moroccans residing abroad (MRE) with a tax guide providing information on the various provisions, in particular those concerning registration and stamp duties, value added tax or still income tax.

This simplified document contains the procedures concerning the social solidarity contribution on deliveries to oneself of construction of a main residence and the refund of VAT (or tax exemption) for the benefit of non-resident persons for goods and merchandise acquired within the territory.
