Morocco holds the 69th most powerful passport in the world, according to the Henley Passport Index 2025 from Henley & Partners. The Moroccan passport thus gains two places, after occupying 71st place last year and 80th in 2023.

According to this index which ranks the passports of 199 countries according to the destinations to which they provide visa-free access, and based on official data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the Moroccan passport is the 69th most powerful in the world. in 2025, with visa-free access to 73 destinations. The kingdom’s passport thus gains two places in this world ranking, after being ranked 71 in 2024 and 80 in 2023.
