Here are the dates for Ramadan 2025 in France, according to the CTMF

Based on scientific calculations, the Muslim Theological Council of France (CTMF) announced the start and end dates of Ramadan, as well as that of Eid el Fitr.

When does Ramadan start in France? “According to the most precise scientific data”, “the conjunction (new moon) will occur, inshaAllah, on Friday February 28, 2025 at 00:45 GMT (01:45 a.m. Paris time)” and “the conditions required for the observation of the new crescent of Ramadan around the world will be reunited, inshaAllah, on the same day, from 2:43 p.m. GMT (3:43 p.m. Paris time),” the CTMF said in a press release. Consequently, “the first day of the month of Ramadan will be, inshaAllah, Saturday March 1, 2025,” specifies the CTMF.
