Health of King Mohammed VI: the transparency map

If the health of the late Hassan II was a taboo, that of his successor, the king Mohammed VI61 years old, is each time revealed by the royal palace.

Two eras. Two different approaches. Each time, the royal palace plays the transparency card regarding the state of health of King Mohammed VI. “During a usual sporting activity carried out this Sunday”, the king “had a fall causing trauma to the left shoulder with fracture of the humerus”, indicated a press release from his medical team relayed by MAP. “This fracture required surgery, which took place successfully today at the Palais Royal clinic in Rabat,” added the same source. And to conclude: the left shoulder of the Moroccan sovereign “will be immobilized for a period of 45 days” and “a period of functional rehabilitation” will follow.
