Gims launches its luxury real estate project in Marrakech

Congolese artist Gims has started his luxury real estate project in Marrakech, after obtaining all the necessary legal authorizations. The first villas should be available by 2026.

Gims presented in early June in Marrakech his luxury real estate project called “Sunset Village Private Residences”. Carried out in partnership with Horizon Development, this ambitious project consists of the creation of a city of 118 luxury villas built on a site of an area of ​​13 hectares, located on the road to Amizmiz, just ten minutes by car from the city center of Marrakech. The project will require an investment of one billion dirhams.
