Gang war in Marseille: Morocco delivers Félix Bingui (the Cat) to France

An extradition agreement was concluded with Morocco to hand over to France Félix Bingui alias “the Cat”, one of the largest Marseille drug traffickers, arrested in March 2024 in Casablanca. The former French Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, new Minister of Justice, thanks Rabat.
