Futsal: Morocco to attack the World Cup in Uzbekistan

Hicham Dguigcoach of the national futsal team, has unveiled his list for the 2nd edition of the World Cup which will take place from September 14 to October 6, 2024 in Uzbekistan.

Abdekrim Anbia, Mohammed Cheridou, Youssef Bensellam, Anas Dahani, Anas El Ayyane, Othmane El Idrissi, Soufiane Bourite, Ismail Amazal, Soufiane Charraoui, Othmane Boumezou, Soufiane El Mesrar, Khalid Bouzid, Idriss Raiss El Fenni, Mohammed Kamal. These are the 14 Moroccan players who will participate in the second edition of the Futsal World Cup. Housed in Group E, the Atlas Lions will face Tajikistan on September 16, Panama on September 19 and Portugal, the reigning world champion, on September 22. Eliminated by Brazil (0-1) in the quarter-finals of the last edition in 2021 in Lithuania, Hicham Dguig’s men aim to go far in the competition.
