France wins big contracts in Morocco

On Monday, France and Morocco concretized their reconciliation at the royal palace by signing a series of agreements in multiple areas: Transport, energy, water, education, video games, fight against forest fires… for a value of more than 10 billion euros ($10.8 billion), reports Reuters. In the field of Transport, French companies have won several calls for tenders launched by the National Railway Office (ONCF) for the extension of the Moroccan TGV from Kenitra to Marrakech, one of Morocco’s megaprojects with a view to the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
